Refund Policy for Services

Because Scriptegrity providBecause Scriptegrity provides professional review and assessment services, this refund policy for services explains when refunds may be available, limited, or unavailable based on the status of the engagement.

If a client cancels before Scriptegrity has begun substantive work on the engagement, the client may request a refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable payment-processing charges or other costs already incurred in connection with the engagement.

Once substantive review, assessment, analysis, or other agreed professional work has begun, fees attributable to work already performed are non-refundable. If an engagement is cancelled before completion, Scriptegrity may determine whether any unearned portion of the amount paid is eligible for refund based on the work completed and costs incurred.

Completed reviews, assessments, reports, and other professional services are generally non-refundable.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
